Overview

The creator of this strategy calls it boss rushing, and he pitches it as the best budget farm in the game. You push out into the fog on the atlas and hunt the points of interest sitting in it: citadels, Matriarch and Patriarch fights, breach strongholds, and two special map types that drop lineage support gems. Everything between those points is a travel map, and the travel maps are where most of your time goes.

He ran it for five hours on stream and finished at roughly 50 divines an hour. He is comfortable calling it a 45 divine an hour strategy for most players, and 40 if you want to be conservative. However the creator did drop a Rakiata's Flow which can be considered lucky.

Worth mentioning

The creator of the strategy did manage to drop Rakiata's flow which account for ~50% of the profits. If you do not get as lucky the strategy will perform a lot worse.

Travel maps

Around 80 percent of your maps are pure travel. The creator runs Delirium on all of them, because Delirium asks nothing extra of you. You are already killing packs and already running to the boss, so you drop the mirror, clear towards the end, and click once at the finish to collect your Simulacrum splinters. Delirium also adds a lot of quantity to the map, and he was dropping a raw divine roughly every other map.

On the tablets, look for prefixes that juice the map. Effectiveness is the best one because it also gives more splinters, and item rarity, pack size and monster rarity are all fine. For the suffix you want one of three mods: more chance of unique bosses, more fracturing mirrors, or more Simulacrum splinters. Inside the map, blue mirrors are filler. Purple mirrors spawn rare packs and orange mirrors spawn a boss, and those two are worth pathing to. Delirium bosses drop 15 to 20 splinters before your multipliers.

On the atlas he runs Doryani's spy craft, mainly for hidden patterns, which effectively completes extra maps as you go. That is the whole point when you are trying to move across the atlas. Improved calibration and evolutionary pressure round it out. If you only care about splinters and not movement, Juggernaut's spy craft is better.

Boss maps

Any boss that drops fragments responds to Waystone quantity. The fragments are coded as Waystones, so stacking Waystone drop chance on the map and on the tablets can nearly double what you get. The creator aims for maps at 110 percent Waystone drop chance or better and gets three fragments a map instead of one or two. The cheap way to get there is to evolve the maps you already own, keep the ones that gain modifiers, and run the rest as travel maps.

The jackpot maps

Two points of interest pay far more than anything else. The whirlpool is Jade Isle and the sandstorm is Sacred Reservoir, and they drop lineage support gems worth roughly 140 and 215 divines. Raw, that is about one in twenty maps. Two things reliably improve it. A Vision of Paradise tablet re-irradiates the map so you get to run it twice, and the forest mastery lineage gem node gives 50 percent increased chance, which needs an irradiate tablet to add the forest biome because neither zone is forest naturally. Also take the spy craft that unlocks Untold Histories for another 35 percent. Everything else you hear about boosting lineage drops is unproven.

Cost and who it suits

Travel tablets are a few chaos each, so a full set is under a divine. Almost all of the cost is the Vision of Paradise and irradiate tablets, and you only use those on the jackpot maps. The whole five hour session came to about 40 divines. There is no gear or build requirement beyond clearing a map and surviving a campaign boss, which makes this a real league start and low budget option rather than one that only looks cheap.

Watch the source

Watch the linked video before you run this. The positioning on the atlas, which points of interest are worth the detour, how the creator reads the fog, and how he plays the boss rooms are all things a written summary cannot carry, and they are usually the difference between his numbers and yours.
