Overview
This is a Path of Exile 2 strategy built around one drop: the Fracturing Orb. When you clear a Corrupted Nexus on the Atlas, the corrupted area around it turns into a cleansed area. Maps in that cleansed area spawn cleansed monsters, and those monsters can drop Fracturing Orbs. The creator of the strategy used this as a main currency farm early in the league. They report roughly 120 divines of pure profit from about 14 maps in just over an hour, prep included, on a build they describe as not particularly fast. A faster clear build should do better, but a slow one still makes a good return.
Setup
- Atlas tree: Mostly a standard tree. The passives matter less than where you run the maps. For the Atlas master the creator recommends Doryani and takes four nodes. If you're worried about dying, you can swap one of them for a safer option.
- Maps: Any 8-mod waystones, run in the cleansed area. The creator doesn't worry about the specific modifiers and considers pack size the least important.
- Juice: Sacred Bloom, applied to the cleansed area before running it. The creator notes 200% Delirium is probably stronger but takes more preparation, so the guide only covers the Sacred Bloom version.
- Tablets: Three Ritual tablets. For prefixes, any two of monster rarity, monster effectiveness, item rarity or pack size. Picking specific ones makes the tablets more expensive for little gain. The important suffix is 'map has two additional random modifiers'. Ritual tablets are used because, combined with Sacred Bloom, they let you collect more wisps.
How to play
Apply the Sacred Bloom, enter the map and take the Wildwood portal near the entrance. Keep moving through the Wildwood and collect as many wisps as you can, preferring yellow and purple over blue. Then clear the whole map, pick up any Fracturing Orbs, kill the boss and move on. Some maps drop none and some drop several. It comes down to luck, so judge the strategy over many maps, not one.
Who it suits
Players who want a simple farm with little prep and a high-value target. The mapping itself is ordinary, but the random extra modifiers from the tablets mean your build has to handle whatever rolls.
Watch the linked source video before running it. It shows the exact Atlas passives, the tablet examples and the Wildwood routing, which a written summary can't capture.
