Omen of Light Abyss Farming
This strategy focuses on farming Omen of Light from Amanamu's Void monsters in Abyss encounters. According to the creator, it is already highly profitable with minimal investment and scales extremely well with additional map and gear investment.
Profit & Performance
The creator tested the strategy using:
- T15 maps
- Alchemy Orb + 2 Exalted Orbs
- 0% Item Rarity on gear
- No Citadels
- No 200% Delirium
Results:
- 3 Abyss Tablets: ~76 Divines profit
- 2 Abyss Tablets + 1 Delirium Tablet: ~84 Divines profit
At roughly 10 maps/hour, the baseline is around 20–30 Divines/hour, before counting additional raw Divine drops or extra Delirium rewards.
Running Delirium slightly improves overall profit, but the creator notes that pure Abyss returns are very similar, making 3 Abyss Tablets a great option if you dislike Delirium.
Setup
Maps
- Low investment: T15 rare maps (Alchemy + 2 Exalts).
- Higher investment: Prioritize maps with:
- Increased Monster Rarity
- More Rare Monsters
Item Quantity/Effectiveness is not important for Omen drops. Amanamu monsters can only drop one Omen each, so increasing quantity does not increase the number of Omens.
Tablets
Recommended:
- 3 Abyss Tablets
- 2 Abyss Tablets + 1 Delirium Tablet
- Overseer Tablet only if avoiding Delirium.
Priority modifiers:
- Increased number of Rare Monsters
- Increased chance for Abyss monsters to have Abyssal modifiers
- +1 Rogue Exile (valuable for Hearts of the Well)
Good alternatives:
- Additional Abysses
- Additional Rare Monsters from Abyss
- Increased Monster Rarity
The creator also values Hearts of the Well as a significant source of profit, especially through Rogue Exiles.
Atlas
Important passives:
- Overlord's Influence / Overlord's Domain (extra Rogue Exiles and Azmeri Spirits)
- Nemesis Rising (more Rare Monsters)
- Abyss passives:
- Scattered Abyss pits (recommended, though still being tested)
- Amanamu
- Vile Treasures
Masters
Recommended:
- Jado (creator's preferred choice for Anomaly bosses and tablet scaling)
- Hilda (more Rare Monsters, better tablet effectiveness, more Rogue Exiles)
How to Farm Correctly
The most important mechanic is how you kill Amanamu's Void monsters.
When a Rare monster gains the Amanamu Void modifier:
- Let it leave the Void cloud.
- Stand outside the cloud yourself.
- Kill the monster while both you and it are outside the Void.
Do not kill monsters inside the Void.
If done correctly, the monster can drop valuable Omens such as:
- Omen of Light
- Omen of Abyssal Echoes
- Other high-value Omens
If it drops Omen of Leech, you killed it incorrectly.
Takeaway
The creator considers this one of the strongest Abyss farming methods currently available because:
- High baseline profit with very little investment.
- Excellent scaling through better maps, rarity gear and Delirium.
- Can be started on a small budget and upgraded over time.
- Success depends primarily on maximizing Rare Abyss monsters and correctly killing Amanamu's Void monsters outside their Void clouds.
Farm of exile notes
The creator doesn't mention cost of tablets so i am estimating the expenses.
