Overview
Sirus, Awakener of Worlds is the leader of the Elderslayers and one of the game's original pinnacle bosses, fought at the Eye of the Storm. He drops items with random Conqueror influence at greatly increased rarity, and he is the only source of the Awakener's Orb, the end-game crafting currency that carries most of this strategy's value. This is the regular version of the fight, not Uber Sirus, which has a different opening cost and an entirely different unique pool.
Setup
One run consumes the four Crests of the Elderslayers, used together in the map device: Al-Hezmin's Crest, Baran's Crest, Drox's Crest and Veritania's Crest. Each is obtained by defeating the corresponding conqueror on the Atlas. The Eye of the Storm node must also be unlocked by completing the map adjacent to it.
The Encounter
Sirus fights in four phases, gaining a Deatomization Storm at 75%, 50% and 25% health. Between phases he retreats to his throne and is invulnerable until you close on him; the storms and the shrinking safe ring are what make the arena dangerous, not the boss's own DPS ceiling.
The things that actually kill people: the Die Beam, telegraphed only by the "DIE!" voice line, which one-shots most builds unless you are already moving; the Meteor Maze, which requires finding the flared exit in each ring before the timer; and the Multi Clone Die Beam, fired midway through its voice line. Around 1 million DPS keeps phases short. Bring capped elemental resistances, ideally positive chaos resistance, at least 6,000 combined life and energy shield, and corrupted blood immunity from a jewel implicit or Protection Mastery. A teleport movement skill such as Flame Dash or Frostblink beats a travel skill like Leap Slam, which clips into beams. Ryslatha is the strongest pantheon choice here since Sirus spawns no adds and grants flask charges only on phase transitions.
How These Numbers Were Calculated
These figures are a model, not a log of runs. Nobody recorded 100 Sirus kills for this page. The sample is synthetic: every published drop chance is read directly as a count over 100 kills, so the 20% Awakener's Orb is counted 20 times, the 5% Thread of Hope 5 times, and the guaranteed unique pool - which sums to exactly 100% across Hands of the High Templar, Crown of the Inward Eye, The Burden of Truth and Thread of Hope - contributes exactly one unique per kill. Expenses are one run's four Crests multiplied by the same 100 runs.
The rates themselves are the wiki's own estimates, drawn from a sample of 260 kills on version 3.28.0. That is a small sample, and it is least reliable exactly where it matters least in aggregate but most in variance: the 5% and 4% rows. Rows with no stated rate were excluded rather than guessed, which means the random Warlord, Crusader, Redeemer and Hunter influenced items Sirus drops are not counted at all - they are genuine income this model ignores. Real results over a handful of kills will differ substantially from these numbers in both directions.
Profit here is concentrated. The Awakener's Orb alone is 56% of modelled income at a 20% drop chance, and the Orb of Dominance a further 25% at 5%. Together, two items on a one-in-five and a one-in-twenty roll carry over 80% of the total, while the guaranteed unique that drops every single kill contributes under 18%. In practice that means five kills in a row with nothing but a Crown of the Inward Eye is an ordinary outcome, not evidence the strategy has stopped working. Judge it over dozens of kills or not at all.
